This restored midcentury pool home was designed by William Krisel and built by the Alexander Construction Company in 1959. With a deep appreciation for its architectural heritage, the interior design aims to highlight the original features, including the post-and-beam construction, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings, and clerestory windows. The space invites visitors to experience a warm and inviting retreat where restored mid-century pieces and playful, cheeky details are ready to be discovered and enjoyed, including the latest addition of a speakeasy bar. 

The landscape design honors the original mid-century ethos of seamless indoor-outdoor living, with numerous outdoor living spaces, perfect for entertaining or quiet relaxation.
